3rd annual Danse Macabre exhibition in Nottingham with 16 artists from across the UK as well as 2 US artists. The intriguing and delightful contemporary artwork on display will include painting, photography, illustration, sculpture and mixed media. Artwork will be for sale and very affordable. On Saturday 14 from 3pm to 4:30pm at the venue there’ll be a special Dr Sketchy’s Anti Art School Nottingham www.drsketchynottingham.co.uk where art school meets cabaret! A chance to draw performers including Martini from Maleficent, Dee Christopher and the gorgeous Danse Macabre usherettes wearing fabulous Eternal Spirits creations (thanks Susi!). At the private view on Saturday 14 from 5pm to 7pm, there will be complimentary cocktails courtesy of Pit and Pendulum which you can sip while perusing the art and watching a performance by Martini and be entertained by our compère the marvelous mentalist Dee Christopher. Photographs will be taken by Sally Rose Photography and a film made by Parted Minds After the private view there’ll be more entertainment at the Hand and Heart on Derby Road. There’s a strict guest list for the private view so you will need to email [email protected] with names to guarantee places.
