Tullie House presents a major retrospective exhibition of work by the Cumbrian landscape artist, Donald Wilkinson. Donald Wilkinson was born in Keswick in 1937 and studied at Carlisle College of Art and the Royal College of Art, where he was awarded the Andrew J. Lloyd scholarship for landscape.Today, Donald Wilkinson is a highly regarded landscape artist. He has produced work in Scotland, France and Spain but, throughout his life, has found particular inspiration in the landscape of his native Cumbria. This major Tullie House exhibition surveys the artist's work from the 1960s to the present day, including many new works never before exhibited.
