This year sees the 4th annual E17 Art Trail, an artist led initiative which brings together the artistic community, local business and residents of Walthamstow. Artists can sign up to take part until the registration deadline – June15th. Exhibitions are hosted in every conceivable space across Walthamstow including homes, gardens, trees, hedges, streets, parks, galleries, studios, museums, libraries, cafes, shops, windows, pubs, indoor markets, community centres and schools. A huge diversity of contemporary practice is reflected, including installation, performance, film and video, painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, drawing, textiles, poetry and glass.
