Exchanging Notes with China
Symposium, University Campus Suffolk, Monday 1st August.
Distinguished Chinese artists and curators have travelled from Xi’an, China to exchange ideas with outstanding British artists and curators. Alongside the exhibition Contemporary Chinese Works on Paper at the UCS Waterfront Gallery, these exceptional artists will be presenting their art practice to exchange ideas. These discussions bring together Chinese and British artists to further the dialogue surrounding the radical creativity of art practice.
Speakers include:
He Tianqi, Liao Zongrong, Sun Lei, Wang Chao, Wang Fenghua, Wang Mengmeng, Yang Xi, Yao Zhihui, Mark Aaron (MA Student), Wendy Elia, Nicholas Middleton, Robert Priseman and Dr Judith Tucker.
