Featuring new work by Anna Puhakka. Including sound installation and photography.”Through the exhibition Puhakka re-creates her prehistory, treating her existential crises as a person who has never properly belonged anywhere. In her work Puhakka becomes a high-priestess who controls the birth words of souls, grows a forest and speaks with the voices of the ancients. By combining traditional Karelian folklore and moulding it in to a new imaginary world, Puhakka whispers and answers to wind in questions: Who am I? Where do I come from?”
