Drawing on his personal experience, Jack Hutchinson explores how blogging and use of social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook can help raise your profile, expand peer networks and community of support, promote what you do and lead to paid work and other opportunities arising.
Harnessing social media for promoting your practice is led by artist, writer and critic Jack Hutchinson. Jack writes and speaks regularly on digital media practice and he works for a-n The Artists Information Company.

A limited number of free 45 minute Skype and face-to-face Advice & guidance sessions with Jack Hutchinson will be available on a first booked first served basis.

Charges: £20 (full price), £15 (discounted price for a-n members). Includes coffee, tea and soft drinks (lunch is not included).

Further details: This event is aimed at visual artists and particularly useful for early career practitioners. Priority will be given to businesses or residents from Medway and North Kent.

All sessions will be held in the Gallery Room on the second floor. Please note there is limited access to the building with no lift at present.
