The show explores connections between the real and the digital, and makes use of new technologies, such as photospheric cameras and Virtual Reality headsets.
It touches on themes of:
– social media addiction
– body image
– online gaming
– digital imaging
– graphic design
The exhibition will showcase Tom Van Der Meulen’s new series of paintings, alongside Maria Cepeda’s immersive performance and new series of body sculptures. It examines the digital world as both an outsider and a participant.
The launch event for this exhibition will function as a platform for artists, students, curators, art dealers, and members of the public to network with each other.
