Responding to the psychological impact of the global pandemic and the physical restrictions of lockdown, Daniel & Clara created a series of 100 short videos in the landscapes of Mersea Island, where they unexpectedly found themselves living due to the pandemic. Filmed during their permitted 1 hour daily walks, this project captures moments of deep engagement with the landscapes and weather through that strange year when we all found ourselves confined to our local environment.
For this event Daniel & Clara will present a selection of their short films that explore the relationship between psychology and place, particularly the impact of weather, nature and environment on the imagination.
