We want this exhibition to help us connect with people and raise funds to enable future working with resident and visiting artists in Great Yarmouth, so we are crowdsourcing support and inviting everybody to get involved – artists we know; artists, makers, curators and producers we have worked with; and new connections…..
- Each work will be for sale for £25 (split 50/50 with the artist unless you would like to donate your piece).
- ALL format/ medium/ media welcome, we want to encourage a range of interpretations.
- We only want original artworks (not printed postcards of your work, interpret that as you will).
- There is no limit to the number of works that can be submitted and we hope to accommodate what ever we receive.
To be included in the exhibition please get making and send originalprojects; an artwork no later than Friday 17 June 2016.
We value your contribution to this exhibition. If you are able to take time to make something and send it to us, and to encourage others to do the same we would be really grateful.
This exhibition will open on Saturday 25 June the same day as 1 WOW OF A TIME ! – The Great Yarmouth Day Trip (An artist-led promenade and exploration). A major element in Eastern Prospects, a six months action research activity to explore the feasibility of developing on-going visual arts activity in Great Yarmouth.
