Monmouth artist Richard Corbett is particularly busy this summer, with five Open Studio weekends, an exhibition at The Gallery in the Square in Usk, and involvement in the Dixton on the Fringe, all in July. Richard has been working from his studio, Unit 8, in the Stable block at Bridges Community Centre since he moved to Monmouth in 2005. Since then his reputation has grown and he is now a well-established artist locally and has galleries across the UK asking to show his work. Each year, Richard has opened his studio to the public, showing his diverse talent- from abstract prints and photographs, to landscape paintings of the Newport Wetlands.
