In this hands-on taster workshop, you will be exploring, through demonstrations and hands-on exercises, how to use motifs in your work. Using an approach from music, although you don’t have to know anything about music (unless you’re a musician!) the workshop leader will support you to come at your work from a tangent.
Artists: bring painting/drawing/collage materials
Writers: bring a laptop or notebook or your preferred working method
Composers/musicians: bring your instrument, 1 keyboard with headphones will be provided
