The two-day laboratory led by Nissa Nishikawa and Michele Occelli, with sound intervention by Ebe Oke, focuses on scored movement, improvisation and hypnosis to enhance awareness, sensitivity and concentration aiming towards a full integration of mind and body.

This weekend is of relevance to anyone interested in exploring the body and its physical presence in the environment.  It can be aligned to various artistic practices.

Course Structure: Friday 7th November – 7pm, introductions and welcome supper

Saturday 8th November – workshop from 10am to 5pm
Sunday 9th November – workshop from 10am to 3pm

Cost: £270 with accommodation (Friday and Saturday evening)
£220 without accommodation (numbers for local B&Bs can be provided, or you are welcome to camp next to the house)
