The four-day workshop will be taught by 4 artists/makers working in neon and light. World-renowned Czech-born artist Magdalena Jetelova will act as the workshop Artist-in-resident.
Optional light themed evening events have been organised and are free to participants. An excursion to seek out the Northern Lights is included in the programme, and due to the winter of 2013/14 being the peak of the 11-year solar cycle, we are visiting Reykjavik at possibly the best time to view this spectacle. The Friday and Sunday evening events are happening in-conjunction with the annual Reykjavik Winter Lights Festival.
