8HRS + 2HRS 10-6pm and 6-8pm, Saturday 31st August. An event inspired by 12HRS, a creative platform bringing artists together to MEET|CREATE|DISCUSS over one day in one site. Eight hours of artmaking and discussion followed by two hours of open studio. Come to the Playspace after the end of Artists’ Summer Camp for six hours of intensive art play. The state of the space at the beginning of 8HRS will be unknown – do not expect pristine minimalism! If you want to come to 8HRS, please tell us by posting to the8HRS + 2HRS Facebook event, and let us know roughly what you plan to bring and how much space you think you’ll need. Please note, places for 8HRS are slightly limited.
