Science, research, revelation or exploration in another land? Travel, the feeling of being an outsider or an exile in your own world? Disorientation, dislocation, equivocation, I can only describe it now as Bridget Riley meets Jenga. The rug has been pulled from under your feet to reveal an abyss of possibility, or else the death of everything that precedes. Related concerns have informed the artists involved in Propeller Island 4, creating a show that includes performance, video, installation and sculpture. Propeller Island is an artist led collaboration based in London.
