Wideyed and ASA Collective are bringing to the North East ‘Re:Mapping The Flâneur’, a recuration of the installation produced in Derby as part of the Collectives Encounter at Format International Photo Festival in March 2011. The original installation of crowd-sourced new work is the result of a dynamic collaboration between talented contemporary photographers involved in a selection of the world’s most exciting collectives. 97 photographers from 20 collectives contributed over 700 images to the piece, resulting in five 40m long prints – an artwork totaling 200m in length.Hope to see you there!
