An exhibition of 16 banners in the Quire Transepts which illustrate the visual journey through Choral Evensong.Created by Ruth Dent, and enlarged and transformed from her original prints into painted canvas (1.3m x 2.5m) these bold and symbolic images hang around the Altar and in the arches of this ancient and monumental space.Ruth will be in the Cathedral from 2-3pm each Saturday and Sunday during the exhibition.There is an exhibition guide which provides a commentary to the images.Free entry.
