We’re buzzing to invite you to the first of SEESAW’s seasonal socials in ‘24! Join us for an evening of tunes by DJ Mummy, ‘za & pints courtesy of Nell’s & Deya respectively & illustrative portraiture by Amber (@slugscantswim). Here you’ll be able to meet like-minded people for a chat, hang out and have fun!
Here’s a little bit about our artists to give you a feel for what you can expect on the night! Dj Mummy is a resident at Steam Radio & Club Partisan, with a sound that explores ethereal melodies & rhythmic percussion. She has played for labels including Rubberworks, Kula TV & Red Lazer, as well as local venues Soup, Old Abbey Taphouse & The Golden Lion. At Partisan, DJ mummy is a workshop facilitator for beginner DJs & runs community events. Amber Thorpe is a Stockport based fine artist and illustrator, who currently works primarily on digital portraits. The aim of their work is to capture the loveliness and personality of each person they draw, and celebrate love in its many forms!
