Claudia Borgna residency within The Rea Garden is drawing to a close. Since January she has used the site to lend inspiration and structure to her temporary installations. The artist’s work explores the relationship between the modern way of life and the impact it has on the environment. Her works, as Borgna explains, “emphasize the relationship, or the conflict, between culture and nature, and how they both influence and reflect each other”. Over the course of her residency Borgna has been wrapping, sculpting and extending the natural forms of The Rea Garden using recycled plastic bags.All are welcome to the preview: Thursday 11th March 6 – 9 pm.Open Daily, Friday 12th – Sunday 28th March, 11 – 4 pm.
