Norwich Arts Centre has managed the project ShopArt! (which places art into disused shop windows in Norwich City Centre), since Summer 2010. ShopArt!LIVE is a very special one-off event in a huge empty shop space: The Neutrinos will be playing a various spots during the day (art happenings) and performing a very special show. Bruce Lacey will be bringing R.O.S.A B.O.S.O.M (Radio. Operated. Simulated. Actress. Battery. Or. Standby. Operated. Mains) and the electric actors. Other/ Other/ Other Live Art collective will be creating site specific live art works in the back wing of the building. SHhhh – Sam Harrons will be creating a gallery space, showcasing the work of the first 6 artists in the 11 artists project, featuring former ShopArt! artist Adam Batchelor. Onine HUNDRED – featuring Liam Ashley and Guy Jarrett, both second year NUCA students, will be creating a ‘illustration maze’ with a surprise at the end. Print to the People – ShopArt! artist Vicki Johnson and the Stew print rooms will be doing live screen printing, creating artworks to take home with you. Mesh – poster exhibition. Poetry Takeaway will be available, convenient poetry for all occasions. + Bands + walkabout performances + kids activities + Tea room + oddities
