The Organisation

Starling is a Manchester-based arts organisation whose vision is to build a neuro-inclusive world – thinking differently as standard. We work with neurodivergent young people to provide neuro-affirming spaces to get creative and build self-expression. We also work with neurodivergent artists and creatives to develop a resilient and skilled workforce, enhancing representation of neurodiversity in the arts and cultural sector.

Our neurodiversity awareness training and consultancy supports organisations to understand the complex world of neurological diversity and provides practical solutions to create more neuro-inclusive ways of working in workplaces and beyond.
