WHAT: Permanent Gallery is presenting the next Testing Grounds, a programme of Live Art, Performance Art and Music.Testing Grounds is a micro festival where we can glimpse the newest work, locally, nationally and from around the world. Artists are encouraged to test new ideas rather than reproducing existing ones.
