The Elephant in the Room Conversations Exhibition has been installed alongside the collections at Powis Castle, in Welshpool through September and October; Curated by artist Jill Impey, the exhibition of more than 20 artworks by Welsh and Borders artists, is moving to Shrewsbury, to develop discussions around the migration of ideas, objects and peoples, in relation to trade and British colonial history.
Moving from the National Trust Castle to Participate Contemporary Artspace, sited in an ex-supermarket, allows the artworks to take on a new presence and accessibility.
