Peter Oetzmann will be exhibiting his award winning series, Picture This, alongside his most recent work produced over a two-year period whilst living in Mongolia. The exhibition not only questions our relationship and understanding of the photograph but also highlights from where we draw our references to enable us to interpret the image. The Mongolian work displays how the portrait photograph remains encoded within the context of portrait painting whilst challenging many of its traditions.
