Free exhibition subverting body image in the 21st century and the artist’s body as the material.
The exhibition is part of my research into the project, and I invite all to come and participate in the discussion.
The exhibition is held in a Grade 2 listed building and ex-retail space, exploring what can be used to manufacture arts and culture and access the arts for all. The space will provide six rooms for visitors to explore.
The project and art practice will show work from 2017 exploring the artist’s experience with body transformation and extreme weight loss.
