In an era where technology encroaches ever further into daily life and the boundaries between the digital and physical worlds blur, They Live. We Sleep provides an important and timely opportunity to step back and reflect on the challenges of the digital age.
They Live. We Sleep will feature digital artworks including Truthbot, Catatonic and Shutterbug. Please note that there will be photography (and cats) throughout the exhibition.
They Live. We Sleep is the third event in an ongoing collaboration between Brady and Good, which began with a residency and open studio at The Auxiliary, Middlesbrough in 2022 and was followed by a Sunday Salon exhibition at Saturation Point in London earlier this year. They are working towards a major show on art and technology in Nottingham that is currently scheduled for 2025.
