Sarah Goudie is an artist and creative practitioner based in Stourbridge, UK. She studied at Wimbledon School of Art and completed an MA in Fine Art at BCU in 2014.
‘This Quiet House’ presents an installation of new work, involving drawing, sculpture and projected film works. Parts of an old piano, dried grasses, splintered remains of veneer curate an intimate meditation on home.
Sarah’s ongoing investigations into the poetics of beauty and injury, poise and longing, resonate in this exhibition. She reflects upon themes of repair and artistry through slow, process led making.
This exhibition concludes an A-N Bursary funded period of professional /skill development.
