Thrash Out: Urban and Political Landscapes

The second in a series of four debates/conversations in the lead up to the general election. This week will focus on urban and political landscapes. Three of our artists will discuss the role of artists as political activists focusing on landscape. Come debate with us!

Hack & Host will host weekly conversations during May 2017. Each conversation will feature three Hack & Host members and will focus on set themes. These conversations will feed into a “Thrash Out” debate titled “Artists as Political Activists”.

The second conversation will feature Clare Holdstock, Luke Beech and Josh Lloyd. It will be hosted by Paul Collinson.

This conversation will focus on urban and political lanscapes, which is a strong theme in the works of each artist.

The evening will be interactive. Expect audience participation, props, games and limited edition artist-made goodie bags.
