Tim Curtis works in a range of visual art forms from painting to sculpture. Formerly a teacher for twelve years, Tim is now a community and fine artist. Working with groups of children as young as 3 and grandparents as old as 83 to create ensemble artwork, Tim specialises in ‘short burst’ wall murals in both 2D and 3D. Projects in the last six months have been with fabric printing, banner making, canvas painting, collage and plaster relief on a huge scale of up to 600 participants. The exhibition in the carriageworks bar area will feature final pieces from several recent projects with local community groups and primary, secondary and special schools.
