‘Under the Paving Stones, The Beach’ is a one-off festival in the Chapeltown area of Leeds which will offer a fun, engaging and thought provoking programme of arts activities. The free events will include exhibitions, book launches, public discussion, games and parties. Working in partnership with local landlords and businesses expect to see art in a variety of spaces, from internet-based and billboard projects, to gardens, cafes and disused buildings which have been dusted down and reopened especially for the occasion.
