This exhibition will have an essay to accompany the art on show. The essay will introduce the notion of the metaphysical and what influenced the birth of the metaphysical. I will research artists such as Georigo de Chirico, Paul Delvaux, Paul Klee, Salvador Dali and Alberto Giacometti. The exhibition will focus on art that has manifested a sense of the illogical, a sense of dreamscape, or an unmasking of reality allowing a mysterious truth to be revealed.
