Unveil’d 2015 will feature exhibitions, workshops, book stands and talks throughout the ten days of photographic celebration. Featuring IC – Visual Lab, Photocopy Club, Antler Press, Young Shot and Macula Collective. Set in The Hall, Stepcote Hill, Exeter’s beautiful grade II listed cultural centre, thee event will take place as part of Devon Open Studios and will feature an evening of Pecha Kucha talks around the theme of light.
Programme:
SATURDAY 5: 18:00 – 22:00, Launch Night – all welcome.
SUNDAY 6: 11:00 – 17:00, DIY Zine Making Workshop with Matt Martin (Photocopy Club) – booking essential: Places £5
MONDAY 7 – THURSDAY 10: 12:00 – 18:00, Exhibitions and book stands.
FRIDAY 11: 19:00 – 22:00, PechaKucha night, an evening of short talks round the theme of Light – Booking essential: Tickets £3
SATURDAY 12: 10:00 – 16:00, Do It Yourself Film Processing – Have a go at developing your own Black and White and colour films using our DIY Lab Setup. Drop in workshop, £3 suggested donation per roll.
SUNDAY 13: 12:00 – 16:00, A drop in workshop aimed at illustrating techniques of using light (a camera obscura and lucida) to aid with drawing. Drop in workshop, £2 suggested donation.
MONDAY 14: 12:00 – 18:00, Exhibitions and book stands
TUESDAY 15: 19:00 – 21:00, Clean Rooms, Low Rates talk by Brendan Barry and Jeff Parker
