An evening of eccentric light entertainment featuring The Lovely Brother, Sheer Zed, Will Noble, Theo Morris and Frog Morris8.30pm Friday 22nd August £3 (£2 conc.)Compare Frog Morris hosts an evening of eccentric light entertainment in the Montague Arms. It is a curious cabaret of unconventional characters who perform songs and sketches. These are a collection of contemporary artist evoke a spirit of the Victorian-Edwardian variety shows and music hall.On Friday 22nd of August Frog Morris has invited Sussex based musical cabaret group The Lovely Brothers who are known to wear balaclavas and croon their way through songs about kebabs, Games Workshop and town planning policy in the UK. Frog has also invited Sheer Zed, an eccentric performer who switches between electro-pop music and poetry and short sketches recreating scenes from Hitchcock movies using fresh fruit. The evening will also features live music from Will Noble on the keyboard and Theo Morris who will play indie pop songs inspired by his vegetable plot in Norfolk.
