A group show of new works created by a diverse collection of artists who all graduated in September 2011 from the MA Visual Arts (Printmaking) at Camberwell College of Arts, London. The show features work made using a variety of methods and techniques highlighting the current position of printmaking within contemporary art practice. Camberwell College of Arts is widely regarded as the place to study printmaking, boasting an international reputation for the quality of work and teaching. The success of the pathway is due to its exploration of printmaking as a medium in its own right and its relationship to wider contemporary practices. Graduates from the class of 2011 have recently participated in Bloomberg’s New Contemporaries 2011 and the late night Grayson Perry event at the British Museum.
