Join local wild food gatherer Adam Reeve on a journey through Torrington Commons and along the banks of the River Torridge in search of wild edibles and toxins to avoid; the walk will also feature a poem linked to each plant giving insight into humankind’s relationship with the wild flora over the ages. The walk will begin at 1pm from the Plough Arts Centre and will last 2 – 3 hours, ending at the South Street Car Park.Sturdy boots, clothes suitable for the local forecast and a reasonable fitness are recommended.
