Xtreme Arts Studio provides high quality, unique and individual support to enable children to follow their own lines of enquiry and create meaningful, high quality artwork, with a good understanding of aspects of commercial enterprise and arts management. The studio encourages individual creative practice, so that the service provided is tailored to the needs of each child. The project increases skill and creativity, confidence, self esteem and communication skills. Young people and their families also have the opportunity to be creative and develop their learning in a fun environment in the school holidays. Xtreme Arts Studio exhibition and workshops are open to the public as part of Dorset Arts Week on Tuesday 27th & Saturday 31st May 2008 from 10 am—4 pm; many works of art for sale.
