During July and August at the weekend, a number of different young people’s takeover stages will be presented in the afternoon. Working with professional arts organisations and young people’s programming groups, each stage will feature young people who live, work or learn in the borough in presentations that span Spoken Word, Dance, Theatre and Music.

As part of the showcase, during the afternoon on Saturday 7 August, New Youthquake and FerArts in conjunction with the Kensington + Chelsea Festival will be showcasing performances by young people on a pop-up outdoor stage. Also there are opportunities to have a market stall on Portobello Road. People can register their interest and request an application form by contacting [email protected].
