Class of 2020: Morgan Black
BA (Hons) Fine Art, University of Dundee, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design.
“As a gender non-conforming artist, my work embraces non-binary bodies and being, and challenges hetereonormativity in art, culture and society, whilst breaking down barriers between ‘high’ and ‘low’ culture. My multi-disciplinary work focuses on narrative and character, embracing film-making, performance, drawing and collage, spoken and written word, and photography. My 2020 Degree show work was awarded the DJCAD Sandra McNeilance prize for drawing & painting (under my legal name).”
Degree show: The Duncan of Jordanstone degree show is taking place online for a year: www.dundee.ac.uk/degreeshow/2020/
