This is a close up of the front of the beagle sculpture. I took this image as i am finding the structure of the head difficult to create as the body is now bigger than i had originally anticipated. It is most definetly not exactly lifesize. I also wanted to add this image as i hope this piece of work will show how craft can be used in art as a structure or root for making it come to life and to make it feel familiar and homely in some way. I want my work to be aesthetically pleasing even if the context is upsetting.
