Aquatint: Step 3, slowly remove the board and shut the lower chamber of the rosin box. With care (so the rosin doesn’t fall off or bunch up) transfer the plate to the grill. Light the burner and start to heat the plate along the top edge. As the white dust turns translucent slowly move the burner down the plate. When all of the dust has been melted turn off the burner and allow to cool.
