William Aitchison

This is the box the security guard usually sits in at the back of my compound. Similar boxes are very widespread. In terms of surveillance they are quite low key though I did hear that there are other ways in which personal space can be broken. A Chinese woman in the West once told me that her family could be very nosy and she preferred having more personal space. That could be true for her, it could be more widely true, I cannot say though I have seen how families live together a lot more closely here than in the West.
