Artificial Landscapes
As part of the Emerging Artists Programme, this exhibition brings together new works by three artists – Louis Abbleby’s renditions of the British home, Liz Ford’s contemporary landscapes and Maggie Hargreaves’ large scale and poignantly detailed charcoal drawings.

Solo Series 2015
Six solo shows by six artists from Angelika Studios, starting with Ann Harris (2-3 May) and her series of soundscape films and live broadcasts of walks along the back lanes and byways of Berkshire. Gestures and Mudras, London
An exhibition of work made by women from the South Asian diaspora in collaboration with artists Sarah Lawton and Elena Catalano. Taking its starting point from Rabari embroidery and Odissi classical dance gestures, the show features a series of artists books and performative drawings.

The Red Door Artists Open House
As part of the Fiveways trail for Brighton’s Artists Open Houses 2015, artist Karen Tilley has curated a show in her home. With work by Rachel Adams, Patricia Thornton, Emily Kidson, Nick Sayers and Nigel Palmer, expect drawings, performances, bookbinding, jewellery and a video installation in the back garden. And whilst you are in Fiveways, why not make your way to the Ceramic House, curated by and featuring work by J Kay Aplin.

‘somnium mundi’: An exhibition of the work of Oliver Wortley
Film, sketch books and hand-written texts by the late Oliver Wortley are brought together in this posthumous exhibition, forming a consideration of landscapes, the power of nature and man’s own relation to and impact on the world.
