Mimesis
A year-long conversation between artists Evy Jokhova and Amelia Critchlow culminates with a site-specific installation. Taking the form of a waiting room within Westminster Reference Library, it features a variety of structures and artworks by both artists that consider an expanded idea of the Greek term ‘mimesis’ or mimicry, with particular reference to the context of the library.

Chongha Peter Lee \ Kuai Shen
These two digital artists’ residencies are perfectly timed during the holiday period to be viewed on a laptop or smart phone from any location. Kuai Shen’s research theme of ‘Viral Ecologies: technological hypnotism and the zombie ants’ and Chongha Peter Lee’s exploration of the contemporary image and military communities make a less than seasonal, but nonetheless intriguing diversion from the Christmas dinner table.
