Alison Andrews

My work in performing arts began in the mid1980s, as writer, performer and director, and in theatre for young people, encouraging youth services to work with theatre companies.    From 2002 until recently I was Performing Arts Officer in the Yorkshire region of the Arts Council, responsible for interdiscpinary practice including science and art collaborations and International work.   I work with boards and staff of arts organisations to identifying training and development needs. I am currently developing site specific performances with people where they live and work in Yorkshire and the North East of England.
