Georgianna Ainsworth

Georgianna Ainsworth is a Mexican-British multidisciplinary artist. Her work focusses on violence and loss in Mexico. She is currently working on a large scale installation inspired by the murders in Ciudad Juarez. Her work is influenced by prehispanic art and by Mexican revolutionary muralists. She works collaboratively with other artists and has curated international art exchanges between Mexico and the United Kingdom. Her work aims to bring cultures and histories toghether in an attempt to fight violence around the world. Lancashire, England
