I am an artist and parent living in Eastleigh. My practice explores the relationship between support and image. I use chance and systems in the hope of making something that challenges my own authorship. I sample from art history as well as from everyday objects, often mixing elements together from disparate areas to form subtle conceits. I am interested in the point at which a work becomes its own thing, in spite of the myriad references that have informed its making. Holloway, London
