I enjoy the learning of skills to unlock a materials secret. Yet despite this satisfying journey, my early interest in the process of skill development has always been superseded by a thirst for conveying strong narrative. 

Interest in themes surrounding mankind’s relationship with our environment has dictated material choice in previous works, namely glass and light. Working with the same materials from which the idea is inspired by, I find conveys a more powerful and direct response. This thirst for a direct response has also encouraged me to think ideas through performance.
