I am a practicing artist, recently graduated from Cardiff School of fine art. I specialise in sculpture. My sculpture and installations primarily question why colour is usually associated with the feminine or decorative in sculpture. I have always been interested in using a variety of time consuming and repetitive processes which are typically associated with the feminine such as sewing. My current work involves using every day found objects and sewing into them with colourful thread.
