Drawing on data and analysis from the Culture Benchmark, the discussion document explores some options for how to support public sector galleries in adapting their business model and, through sustaining suitable good practice frameworks and measurability, encourage and ensure that a greater and appropriate percentage of funds are allocated to artists’ fees within budgets in the future.
