Includes music offers and the Find Your Talent programme, the ambitious New Labour initiative that piloted a cultural offer to all children and young people in England of five hours per week of high-quality cultural experiences. Immediately axed by the incoming Coalition Government in 2010, the programme was only rolled out to ten pilot areas.
